paper at our offices located in the European Economic Area. This is

write to our Customer Services department and enclose a cheque for the
administration fee of £10 made payable to us. Please give us any
relevant details to help us find the information you require. When you
have recieved our reply, you can ask us to change your personal
information if it is incorrect and it is not unlawful to do so.
